To streamline the process and mitigate timeline risks, we:
• Built a full-scale white body model room at the factory, replicating site conditions using mock walls. This allowed us to conduct comprehensive QC and receive client approval without delaying production, saving over 2.5 months.
• Rerouted ocean shipments to the Port of Long Beach instead of Houston, followed by transloading directly to trucks bound for Austin — a logistics change that shaved an additional 2.5 weeks off the schedule.
