We love feasting at Feast & Floret at 3rd and Cherry Alley in Hudson, NY. Today, we ordered the Meatballs with Pecorino Toscano and Pomodoro, which we can now not live without. After we devoured the Pork Ribs with Cippolini and Walnut-Amaro Reduction like Neanderthals. We finished with the Chocolate Budino with Pepitas and Green Olive Oil which we were both loath to share as it was outrageously delicious. We will be back often as the meal, the staff and the room are all absolutely delightful.

Incredibly tasty Cobb Salad with Gem Lettuce, Sicilian Tuna Salad, Cherry Tomato, Carrot, Avocado, Hard Egg, House Bacon, Blue Cheese Crumbles and Lemon Vinaigrette at the Maker. While we are heartbroken that the Short Rib Quesadilla’s are off the menu, this wonderful salad will definitely be our new go-to.

At the Hudson Milliner we are HUGE fans of the Quesadilla it’s made with Braised Beef, Queso Chihuahua, Green Tomato Relish, Chipotle Aioli, Creme Fraiche and Spinach Tortilla. An incredibly yummy breakfast or lunch. Today it was breakfast, and magically we made it disappear.
