✨Counselor appreciation!✨ Our friends Sara, Sean, and Lola surprised our counselors with a dirty soda bar as a thank you for the incredibly important work they do for our campers. Being a camp counselor is rewarding, challenging, so much fun, and so exhausting. These counselors are WONDERFUL- playful, wise beyond their years, silly, hard-working, and full of grit. They are the best role models for our campers. There aren’t enough thank yous (or dirty sodas) in the world to adequately express our gratitude!

⭐️Did you know?⭐️ CHC has a library! Staffed by our Cabin 1 librarians, it’s open every day after lunch and dinner. The librarians have a card for every camper and help them remember to return their books before they check out another. Plus, it’s air conditioned! 🤩

Classes are meeting this morning! The campers and counselors are so happy to be back in their routines! We are so thankful CHC was spared from the worst of this flood.

This is a normal flood at Camp Honey Creek. The creek is up a few feet. It is nowhere near the levels it reached last summer. Our cabins are high, our campers are safe. Parents, you’ve received an email this morning.
