Photos of an awesome French-country style home we completed with Phillipe and Cricket Bonnetaud near West Jefferson, NC in 2018. Yes, that was 7 years ago, but a lot of things have happened in the last 7 years that has caused some delays, but the end result is a beautiful home that the clients' love. From what they've told us, they have a hard time returning to Charlotte after visiting and putting the finishing touches on their new home.

Cricket is from the U.S. and Phillipe is from France, and we all worked together to develop a design they love that reflects the French country they love so much! The renderings show a tan colored siding, but the actual house turned out much better than the rendering. - Je vous souhaite tout le meilleur! - 🥂🍷

In our last post, we showed renovations happening at the Webb Residence in Mooresville, NC. Now, those are finished and we are able to show the finished product. Below are BEFORE and AFTER photos of the exterior of the project. Later on, we plan to provide you some interior shots as well. Stay Tuned!

One of our latest projects. Chase and Marissa Briscoe asked us to design an outdoor pool cabana for their pool area, and here are a couple of renderings for it. The construction drawings are almost complete. We're awaiting the structural drawings and the permit process will begin and soon thereafter, construction. We'll keep you posted on the progress.

This is a preliminary rendering for one of our clients in Charlotte. We're adding a sunroom and covered outdoor pergola and Tai chi garden. We'll be finalizing the design soon so once it's done, we'll post final renderings. When you live in a historic district like Dilworth in Charlotte, NC or if you have a Home Owner's Association, a lot of times, we have to provide renderings for the review of those committees so the clients will be able to move forward with their renovations. Sometimes, no changes are needed, and other times, we have to make minor adjustments before proceeding, but in all cases, the clients have successfully moved forward with their renovations.
