We wanted to share a quick update regarding online bookings at the Retreats.

Over the years, we’ve been happy to offer discounted rates for guests who book both of our properties together for extended family or group stays. We truly love seeing families and friends make memories here!

However, due to rising costs and the limitations of online booking platforms like Vrbo, we’re no longer able to offer a discounted rate specifically for booking both properties together through Vrbo. The system doesn’t allow us to adjust pricing in a way that makes combined bookings simple or consistent.

To be clear, this change only affects the “book both properties together” discount. All other Vrbo promotions and discounts, such as longer-stay pricing or occasional platform-based discounts (like mobile booking offers), will continue to apply as usual.

That said, we are still happy to offer a discount when both properties are booked together directly through us.

We always aim to be transparent and fair, and we appreciate your understanding as we make this adjustment. If you’re interested in booking both homes or have any questions, feel free to reach out. We’re happy to help.
