We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and provide exceptional customer service.
Your role will involve assisting guests with check-in and check-out procedures, answering inquiries, and ensuring a positive guest experience.

Duties:
- Greet guests in a warm and welcoming manner - Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and directions
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Manage reservations and update guest information in the system
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Experience:
- Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in using phone systems and handling multiple phone lines
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
- Knowledge of hospitality management software is an advantage

Skills:
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent problem-solving abilities to address guest concerns or issues
