Hello everyone!! It’s getting close to ice skating season again!🥳
We’ve been having a lot of people reach out about if we are open or when we are planning on being open.
Because the rink is outside we are completely dependent on Mother Nature, and so far it has been too warm to be able to start work on the ice rink, and with how temperatures are looking it will still be a couple weeks before we are able to get it up and running.
I will keep you all posted when the ice is ready and skate rentals will be open!

Hello everyone!! As you may have noticed, it is getting warmer! And since it’s getting warmer, the ice rink is starting to melt, so unless we get a random cold spell, today will be the last day of ice skate rentals for this season. So don’t miss out!!
We will be open from 1-6:30pm today so bring your friends and come skate for the last time this season!!

Sorry for the lack of communication lately!!
The ice rink has been closed the last couple of weeks due to the warm weather, but thanks to the hard work of all the volunteers it is up and running again!!

Tomorrow for Valentine’s Day we will be open from 12-5pm.
Saturday is the Annual Huntsville Winter Carnival!! There will be food trucks, games for the kids, hot chocolate, figure skating, speed skating, snow sculpture, the famous bare skin belly slide, and lots more!!
Bring your family and friends and come join the fun!

These are the hours ice skate rentals will be open for the rest of the ice skating season:
Wednesdays: 3-7pm
Fridays: 3-7pm
Saturdays: 12-8pm

If you have a group that is hoping to come at a different time, contact us and we will do our best to be available to rent to you.

The condition of the ice all depends on the weather, so if there has been warm or constant snowy weather there is a good chance we will not be open, but I will try to keep you all posted when that happens:)

Our lovely volunteers have been working hard, and the ice is looking significantly improved from yesterday.
We will be open from 12-7pm today!

The ice is looking a lot rougher than expected. If you are still wanting to skate I am willing to come up and rent you skates, but I would not recommend it.

Hello!

The ice rink is currently covered in a bunch of snow, so ice skate rentals will not be available until after it stops snowing and we are able to able to get it cleared.
I will make sure to keep everyone posted on when we will be open, and I hope to see you all there!!

Hello all!

With the warmer weather we haven’t been able to have the ice rink open, but it’s looking like it will be okay to skate on today!

The ice skate rentals will be open from 1-6

This might be one of our last skating days if you haven’t had a chance to come visit us or want to come again before it’s too warm.
