So 90% renovations complete! we call it "Suite" Living! All new memory foam mattresses, Samsung flatscreens, dorm fridge, microwaves, Free Wifi, DirecTV with Showtime, gas grills, firepit, etc all on a picturesque end of town!! Affordable and competitive rates nightly, weekly and multi-week discounts!

Well into our 11th week! Couldn't be better! Every room now equipped with flat screen HD tv's and DirecTV + Showtime! Half the rooms renovated with new carpet, fresh paint, etc!

For our long term stays, we've made 2 gas grills accessible for cooking and as always we do weekly maid checks, and towel/sheet exchange as needed!

As time goes on, we learn more and more what people are looking for and jump through hoops to accommodate!

Our rates are affordable for all and we offer multi room discounts and group rates!

Now that the nicer weather is coming, enjoy the close and easy access to the Luce Line trail for walking/hiking/biking needs! Seeing that we are Pet friendly, what better place to walk your dog!

Week 6: each day just gets closer and closer to our "vision" of a perfect "Mom and Pop" motel!

We now have HD flatscreens in each room, started painting and renovating installing new showers and new tiling! It's all coming along!
