Summer is over and the kids are now enrolled in school. Pratt's Answering Service has opening and is currently accepting new Customer Service Professionals (CSP) to work from home taking inbound calls for top Fortune 500 companies. These are legitimate positions and NOT positions where you will be selling goods or referring other people to earn your pay. If you are looking to make $200 or more a day this is not the position for you unless you are wanting to work for 15 to 20 hours a day. If you are willing to work a minimum of 15 hours per week and earn a decent pay wage then this is the position for you.
An example of some of the types of calls you could be taking are making resort reservations, booking cruises, making dining reservations. These are just a few of the types of calls that you would take depending on the client that you choose to work with. There is a minimum of 15 hours per week that you would have to work but you pick and choose those hours and you can adjust your hours daily or weekly depending on what you have scheduled. You are paid for the hours that you work so if choose to work more than 15 hours per week that is up to you. This would be a great job for the stay home moms and dads, for military families since the job can move with you or a retired or disabled person looking to supplement their incomes.
Pay starts out between $8.00 and $11.50 per hour and with incentives can go as high as $16.00 per hour. The most successful customer service providers are self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision, have at least basic computer skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, high attention to detail, have the ability to multi-task and have excellent customer service skills. You must be at least 18 years of age and be able to pass a background check and drug test.
