Hiring Weekend Houseman: Apply in Person or through Indeed

Duties and Responsibilities: Cleaning Public Areas: • Ensure each area is cleaned according to brand standards and best practices. • Dust, mop, and vacuum business center, fitness center, public bathrooms, employee break room, front desk, pool area, housekeeping storage rooms, meeting rooms, and all public areas. Watch for any maintenance needs. • Confirm all items are restocked including paper items, linens, towels, and soap. Inspect areas for repairs and fixes and alert manager and maintenance as needed. • Empty all interior and exterior garbage cans. • Sweep, shovel, remove trash and debris, and inspect parking lot each shift. • Light Maintenance as needed.
Driving Hotel van: • Driving guests to and from the airport and to and from local drop off areas. • Maintain shuttle mileage log. • Assist guests with luggage. • Follow all safety rules, and laws while driving.
Team Work: • Responsible to know, understand, and fulfill the InnTrusted Mission Statement. • Create guest satisfaction by providing fast, friendly and genuine hospitality. • Give personal attention, take personal responsibility, and use teamwork when providing guest service.
• Respond to all emergency situations in accordance with established policies and procedures. • Responsible for maintaining hotel key security.
Guest Loyalty: • Assist guests with basic knowledge of local area to facilitate guest needs such as giving directions, identifying local attractions, etc. • Listen, apologize with empathy, find a solution, and follow through when resolving guest problems. • Follow the lost and found program.
Physical Requirements: • Walking and standing required throughout the entire shift. • Reaching, bending, carrying, stooping throughout the entire shift. • Lifting up to 50 pounds. • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and how to safely use them. • Report safety hazards, accidents, and injuries immediately. • Driving passenger van. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
