Tahquitz Pines is nestled among the pine forests of the mile-high San Jacinto Mountains. It is the ideal setting for your next Wedding, retreat, work conference or Family getaway. Our peaceful, yet fun-filled location, gives guests a chance to step away form the city and enjoy a little bit of the outdoors. Tahquitz Pines is ideally suited for people of all ages and groups of up to 200 people. Smaller groups will find our accommodations and meeting areas intimate and personal, while larger groups may utilize the entire grounds, including two main auditoriums and several meeting rooms available for breakouts. Our prime location also gives your group maximum flexibility to stay on campus or explore some of the many nearby activities and experiences the area has to offer. Start a wholesome new Halloween tradition and trick-or-treat around the square! Since our small village doesn’t have many sidewalks and our mountain homes are far apart, we bring the party to the middle of town! The Halloween parade and carnival are a sweet way to celebrate.⁠

All are welcome, so book a room, bring the kids, or just enjoy the festivities for Halloween in Idyllwild. Looking for a more grown-up getaway? The Rustic Theatre is screening The Rocky Horror Picture Show, with prop bags included!

If you're looking for something fun for the whole family, check out the Ernie Maxwell Scenic Trail. With beautiful mountain views, plenty of trees, and an easy hike, it’s a great way for explorers of all ages to spend some time outside and enjoy what Idyllwild has to offer.⁠
