We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our busy office. Experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.

- Excellent communication skills required. The position involves phone, email and in-person communication with property owners, tenants, the general public and vendors.

- Excellent computer skills required.

- A reliable vehicle is important – You may occasionally be asked for go check properties.

This position would start as part-time with the possibility of going full-time.
Willingness to get your Nevada Real Estate License with Property Management Permit is a plus.

Salary based on experience.

Incline Village in the beautiful Lake Tahoe basin is well into fall season with a dash of winter! There are many activities to participate in in Incline Village and all around the Lake. There is a brand new East Shore Trail to bike, walk, etc. that goes from Incline Village to Sand Harbor. There are shuttles to the start of it and there are 90 new parking spaces just befrore the beginning of the trail. The trail has a number of places where they have built steps so you can walk down to different beaches from the Trail.
