Still have the same folks in our place and happy that they’re locals, still not open to rent for another couple years probably, just trying to provide longer term housing until supply gets better!

Sorry for no communication for so long! We have a long term tenant (helping our house cleaner/manager out whose place got sold) until baseball seasons over, will be open again in February of 2022 possibly, more info later this year!

Updating the interior after a busy summer, nothing like a live-in rehab lol! New toilet, LVP flooring, dining room light, over the stove microwave, wall art, and....a keypad on the front door to stop lock outs!!! 😂

Welp, that’s a wrap folks! Thanks to all the awesome guests we had this summer, sounds like everyone had a great time! Unfortunately it’s already rolled back to being a private residence until the co-owner leaves for work at the end of February, although New Years Eve is open if anyone’s interested in a 3 day getaway!
