Reason…. We love it here and looking at homes, but need to sell first.

Have a 5 star Airbnb rating for our vacation rental, not to mention ski season is coming soon and we are .4 of a mile from the amazing Diamond Peak Ski Resort. Right in our backyard.

This 1336 square feet Condo home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is located at 400 Fairview Blvd #16, Incline Village, NV.

My husband and I celebrated our 15th wedding anniversary at the Dandy Lodge and it was the perfect spot!! It was perfectly decorated, cozy and well stocked with everything we needed.
The beautiful views of the lake were the icing on the cake. We will definitely come back with the entire family next time!
