It has been one wild weekend at South Fork Lodge! Woke up Saturday to flooding and lots of tree's swirling around, almost reached the firepit but no damage. Whew! Canyon Falls was so amazing and so loud! Then woke up Sunday to a much lower river, no wood ( except on the banks) and snow! Everything is safe all is good. Guests had one amazing weekend watching the river show!

Romantic Riverfront Lodge

This is a two story unit facing the river. The downstairs is the Bears Den and where it all started in 2011. Last year in 2016 I remodeled the upstairs into a separate unit. Its called the Eagles Perch. Its quite a bit larger than the Bears Den, and can sleep 6. It has a king size bed, and 2 queen very nice blow up beds. Large kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances, dining table & bar area with stools. Large bathroom with shower, claw foot tub, sink and washer/dryer. Large living area with marbled in propane fireplace, tv, books, dvd player, movies & games. All the windows face the river. Nice deck with table and chairs and propane bbq. Gorgeous view of the river below and the mountains soaring on both sides. The upstairs is mostly carpet and heavy padding. Both are very popular for couples or small families.
