Hello everyone!!! We wanted to pop on here and give everyone a quick update. This year’s major improvement project focused on replacing the front entry and the existing pool and spa surfaces with new pavers. This upgrade was essential due to several safety concerns, including cracked areas and compromised sections that had become tripping hazards. The new paver installation not only resolved those issues but also created a refreshed look that beautifully complements Oceanique. The result is a safer, more welcoming environment for all of our Owners and guests.

Viking Outdoors are rocking and rolling on our paver project for the pool and spa area! They’re projected to be completed by next week! So those of you checking in on May 17th will be able to reep the benefits of their labor! Thank you to all that have stayed with us during our dust and have been so understanding!

We are pleased to share an important update regarding our elevator service. At the end of November 2024, we transitioned our elevator maintenance contract from Delaware Elevators to Southwest Elevators. Since then, Southwest Elevators has been diligently working to address the challenges left behind from Delaware and restore full functionality to our elevator in our North building.

Maintaining and upgrading our elevators has been a complex task due to factors such as the building’s age, structural layout, and exposure to the elements. However, we are excited to announce that the elevator will soon be fully operational, ensuring a smoother and more reliable experience for our Owners

We truly appreciate your patience and understanding throughout this process. Your comfort and safety remain our top priorities, and we look forward to providing you with improved service.
