As we head into Memorial Day weekend, we wanted to update everyone on the water conditions on the Indian River. While restrictions on most rivers and lakes were lifted on May 15th, we still recommend extreme caution on the waterway. The Crooked River remains closed. Many launch ramps throughout the area remain closed due to high water and debris.

Indian River Marina’s launch ramp is open May 23rd for IRM slip & storage customers only. Please note that Indian River Marina, including the launch ramp, will be closed May 24th and 25th.

Our Showroom and Service Department remain fully operational during typical business hours and we hope to open fully in the coming weeks.

Hi everyone! I know many of you have been reaching out about the recent flooding, so I wanted to share a quick update for our guests.

Right now, I’m not able to access all properties due to road closures, so I don’t have confirmed details on each location just yet. I am actively working to check on everything as soon as it’s safe.

If your reservation is impacted in any way, I will reach out to you directly as soon as I have more information. Otherwise, I will continue to provide updates as I learn more.

We’re hopeful that many of the homes are in good shape, and I truly appreciate your patience while I work through everything.

This hidden gem still has quite a bit of availability for the summer months and I truly don’t know how… because it deserves way more love than it gets ❤️

July is not available, but we still have great openings throughout the rest of the summer.

The owners have put so much into this home over the past couple of years and it really shows. The exterior has been freshly updated, the porch has been fixed up and repainted, bathrooms are being refreshed, and they’re currently adding a game room along with a half bath downstairs. The game room will also have its own mini split, making it a great space to enjoy year-round.

Located just down the road from the Jewell Road boat launch on Mullett Lake, and only about 10 minutes to Indian River and 20 minutes to Cheboygan, it’s in such a great spot for everything Northern Michigan has to offer.

The home comfortably sleeps 10 and includes 3 kayaks and 1 paddle board for guests to enjoy right on the water.

This is honestly one of our favorite locations and one that somehow always flies under the radar… so if you’ve been thinking about a lake trip, this might be your sign 👀
