Had a guest forget a memorial necklace of her son's who passed away and she came back to grab it as we were cleaning a rental house. Met her, her husband and her dog Reggie. She said Reggie had never been comfortable at another place they stayed ever in his 10 years. She ended up booking directly again for next summer and sent me this cute note about how Reggie cant wait. LOVE that about this business

Took over property management on a large lake front home that the owners previously had with a well known local management company for several years. This guest is a yearly return guest (his third year staying) and provided some feedback between the previous stay experience and our stay experience. I think its pretty safe to say we knocked it out of the park🌟💫🌟
Hi Kayla! So here is what [redacted] did that I thought was good. They sent out an email about 5 days prior to check in with an information attachment that listed, door code, check in time, address, map to the rental property, etc…. Since I was a repeat guest, you may have thought that wasn’t necessary but I did appreciate the communication. Upon arrival [redacted]had a note pad, a couple of pens, and small salt and pepper containers all with their logo on the table by the front door. You had a complete book of rules, reminders and brochures that were very helpful!🙂. In addition you provided snacks and a bottle of wine for our stay, which was fabulous! Once inside, I noticed how clean the home was and that it smelled clean! [Redacted] cleaned…..but it was not as clean as what you and your team achieved. Our family also liked the can/bottle recycle container in the kitchen. We brought the recycled cans and bottles that had a deposit over to the Camp Store to help with their fund raiser 🙂. This is something [redacted] didn’t provide or think of. [Redacted] communicated during our stay wanting to know if there was any issues…and you did the same which we appreciated, especially when it came to trash and trash pick up day.

When you message a home owner about sprucing up the outside of the home at 9:30 am
And by 6:30 pm a local landscape company has completed power washing, weeding, mulching and trimming of front bushes.
