We’re beyond thankful that our beach communities were spared during Ian. Our thoughts and prayers are with those south of us who suffered catastrophic damage.

Unfortunately due to circumstances there are scammers out there trying to take advantage of those who need a place to stay. Keep in mind our company only accepts credit card for payments. We will never ask for Zelle or PayPal as methods of payment.

Editing to add: no damage to report so far and our rentals are available and renting.

Each year, Action 2000 and the Plein Aire Cottage Artists celebrate local preservation efforts with the presentation of the coveted Preservation Awards. The Arbors Seaside Cottages at 218 Gulf Blvd is a great example of how a family has worked together to restore and preserve the Old Florida character of IRB.
