We just wanted all our guests to know that SunTiki cottages did not sustain any damage from the recent hurricane Irma other than a coating of sand and some broken palm tree fronds. We are very fortunate to have dodged another bullet. This time I'm keeping the hurricane shutters handy should they need to go back up again at a moments notice. Thanks to all the well wishes we received before the storm hit and we look forward to seeing all our regular guests who will be coming back in the next few weeks.

SunTiki cottages is excited to announce the addition of 360° photographs on our website as well as on Google maps. We hired a professional photographer to photograph all of our cottages as well as the walk down to the beach so you can see exactly how close to the water we are. You can now literally enter in thru the front door of one cottage and visit every room and exit out the back walk around the pool area and enter into the remaining three cottages as well as walk down to the beach. This has helped increase our online presence. You can take the tour by opening up either our website at www.SunTiki.net or if you have the Google Maps app on your smart device just open it and search for SunTiki cottages.

Here is our SandCastle cottage when it was a Gulf front cottage as the cottage behind it hadn't been built yet. I believe the picture is from 1920. There is a small fence to the bottom right of the picture and that is where the actual beach began. I wonder what the price tag on that house was back then.

Here is the rear patio of SandCastle cottage with the new chaise with its own umbrella! I also included the side table and chairs and the front porch with all the new outdoor furniture. SandCastle offers some great outdoor spaces.

Its not finished yet but here is what we have done so far. The Caribbean marble walls, new Kohler soaking tub, new sink, vanity and faucet, new flooring, new glass shower door(hard to see in pic) and new rainshower head with all new fixtures, new led lighting and still more to come! Hi tech toilet on the way and an all new paint job.
