AFK Getaway

After the rain, bring back the view. ☀️🌊

Florida showers and salty Gulf breezes leave behind streaky glass, water spots, and grimy doors, and they're the first thing guests see when they arrive. Nobody books a beach condo to look through a smudged window.

AFK Getaway gets your entry and glass looking fresh again between stays:

✔️ Entry doors wiped down and welcoming
✔️ Sliders & patio doors streak-free
✔️ Exterior window cleaning, coordinated for you
✔️ Perfect after storms or a stretch of rainy days

Your guests came for the Gulf view. Let's make sure they can see it. 🌴

Love your rental, but not quite sold on your property manager? 🤔

You're not alone. Many owners sign with a property management company expecting peace of mind, then find themselves out of the loop, locked into a package that doesn't fit, or wondering whether anyone has actually looked at their condo lately.

There's another way: concierge co-hosting.

With AFK Getaway, you stay in the driver's seat. You keep control of your rental and your decisions, and we become your trusted local team on Sand Key, handling the hands-on details with real care.

✔️ You stay in control of your property and decisions
✔️ Choose only the services you need, nothing you don't
✔️ Personal, local attention: your condo is never just a number
✔️ Proactive communication, so you're never left wondering

Your rental. Your rules. Our hands. 🌴

Curious whether co-hosting is a better fit for you? Let's talk.

A New Chapter for AFK Getaway!
I’m excited to share that AFK Getaway is officially an LLC!
What started with my love of hospitality and vacation rentals has grown into something I’m incredibly proud of. I’m now offering Concierge Co-Hosting for vacation rental owners who want reliable, personalized support and a trusted local presence.
What is Concierge Co-Hosting?
It’s more than simply managing a listing. It’s having someone local who understands the property, communicates with guests, helps coordinate turnovers and maintenance, and can step in when something needs attention.
I also offer POP Services — Property Oversight & Preparation — for owners who manage their own properties but occasionally need an extra set of local hands. From receiving deliveries and preparing supplies to property touch-ups, guest-readiness assistance, and other on-demand needs, POP Services are designed to provide flexible support when you can't be there.
I’m also proud to serve as a Local Market Representative for a vacation rental property management company, providing local property visits and quality assurance — another opportunity to expand my knowledge and experience in vacation rental operations.
Whether you're looking for ongoing co-hosting support or simply need a trusted local resource for your vacation rental, AFK Getaway is here to help.
I’m incredibly grateful to everyone who has supported me along the way, trusted me with their properties, and encouraged me to grow this business.
Here’s to this next chapter!
