A New Chapter for AFK Getaway!
I’m excited to share that AFK Getaway is officially an LLC!
What started with my love of hospitality and vacation rentals has grown into something I’m incredibly proud of. I’m now offering Concierge Co-Hosting for vacation rental owners who want reliable, personalized support and a trusted local presence.
What is Concierge Co-Hosting?
It’s more than simply managing a listing. It’s having someone local who understands the property, communicates with guests, helps coordinate turnovers and maintenance, and can step in when something needs attention.
I also offer POP Services — Property Oversight & Preparation — for owners who manage their own properties but occasionally need an extra set of local hands. From receiving deliveries and preparing supplies to property touch-ups, guest-readiness assistance, and other on-demand needs, POP Services are designed to provide flexible support when you can't be there.
I’m also proud to serve as a Local Market Representative for a vacation rental property management company, providing local property visits and quality assurance — another opportunity to expand my knowledge and experience in vacation rental operations.
