Who says a little snow can stop a good time?! ❄️

Throwing it back to our NBA & WNBA All Star Block Parties! Our NBA celebration may have gotten hit with a blizzard the night before, but that didn’t stop us. We brought the fun to our amenity center and still had a blast shooting hoops and hanging out with our residents. 🙌

Then came the WNBA Block Party with MUCH better weather, good vibes, and even our first-ever custom photo booth! 📸☀️

One of the best parts about living at CityWay? Being right across the street from Gainbridge Fieldhouse and getting to experience all the excitement happening right outside our doors! 🏀🎉

Our community garden has been THRIVING this summer, giving our resident gardeners a bountiful harvest and plenty of fresh goodies to take home! We’d say this little one is pretty proud of his harvest, too. 😉

Our garden plots are officially full this year, but don’t worry... there’s always next season! 👀 Start getting excited now because these plots go fast! 🍅🌿

Did you know?! 👀 Some of our Phase 2 floorplans are named after artists whose work is on display right here at The Alexander Hotel!

From the Clark, inspired by Sonya Clark and her piece Madam CJ Walker II—composed of 3,840 black plastic combs—to the Silva, named after Artur Silva and his full-wall mural Allegory, and the Vilinski, inspired by Paul Vilinski’s Anthem, a 3D installation featuring vinyl records transformed into birds in flight! 🖼️✨

And the connection extends even further at CityWay! The Walker floorplan is named after artist Nick Walker, whose work can be found throughout our property—from the graffiti in our garages to the giant heart painted on the side of our tower! ❤️

We love that art is woven throughout the entire CityWay experience! From our floorplans to the art and spaces you see throughout the property, it’s all connected. 🎨👀

Our friends at The Irsay Family YMCA at CityWay have invited our residents to join their weekly Run Club, and we'd love to see you there.

Led by Coach Matthew, every run is designed to be approachable for beginners while still offering a rewarding experience for more seasoned runners.

It's a great way to explore the city, get in a workout, and connect with other people in the community.
