This week is National Customer Service Week, we’re celebrating something that happens every day at Ivy: people taking care of people.

Customer service isn’t only about the experience we create for our guests. It’s also about how we show up for each other. Every department at Ivy has an important customer - the team members we work alongside.

Whether it’s housekeeping supporting the front desk, maintenance helping a property run smoothly, or our corporate teams supporting our hotel teams, we all rely on one another to do what we do best.
