YMCA Camp Duncan is looking for a Resident Camp Maintenance Supervisor to help lead the care, safety, and ongoing improvement of our 300+ acre camp property.

This full-time leadership role is responsible for overseeing facility operations, preventative maintenance, and capital projects ensuring an outstanding experience for the 20,000+ youth and families we serve each year.

Onsite housing is available, offering a unique opportunity to live and work in a beautiful camp setting.

🌿✨ Nature Preschool Summer 2026 continues! ✨🌿

Our littlest campers (ages 3–5) keep the adventure going with even more hands-on, nature-filled fun. Each week is designed to spark curiosity, encourage exploration, and let kids learn through play in the great outdoors 💚

Here are our next 6 weeks:

🏕️ Happy Habitats (Jul. 6–10)
Campers will explore forests, fields, and ponds while discovering where animals live. Through play and exploration, they’ll learn how different creatures make their homes in nature.

🐾 Mammals Mania (Jul. 13–17)
A high-energy week all about furry friends! Campers will learn about mammals big and small through games, movement, and outdoor adventures.

🎣 Fishing Fun (Jul. 20–24)
Campers will dive into the world of fish and water habitats through interactive games and outdoor play. It’s a splashy week filled with discovery and water-themed fun.

🪨 Rocks & Minerals Detectives (Jul. 27–31)
Young explorers will search, sort, and investigate rocks and minerals found in nature. A perfect week for curious minds who love to collect and discover.

🐛 Bug Bonanza (Aug. 3–7)
Campers will crawl, flutter, and explore the tiny world of insects. Through hands-on activities, they’ll learn about bugs while embracing the outdoors.

🐍 Cold-Blooded Creatures (Aug. 10–14)
From slithering snakes to hopping frogs, campers will explore reptiles and amphibians through nature play. A fun and fascinating week of cold-blooded discoveries.

🌿✨ Nature Preschool 2026! ✨🌿

Our littlest campers (ages 3–5) will spend their days exploring, creating, and getting wonderfully messy in the great outdoors. Each week brings a brand-new theme designed for hands-on discovery, curiosity, and fun 💚

Here are our first 5 weeks:

🌲 How to Hike (Jun. 1–5)
Campers head out on the trails to explore nature up close. They’ll learn how to walk safely, spot cool nature treasures, and enjoy the adventure of being outdoors.

🌱 Powerful Plants (Jun. 8–12)
A week all about digging, planting, and discovering how things grow. Campers will explore flowers and gardens through hands-on play and sensory activities.

🔥 Campfire Cooking (Jun. 15–18)
Campers will make simple, kid-friendly recipes while enjoying classic campfire fun. It’s all about teamwork, trying new things, and tasty outdoor treats.

🪵 Dig It! (Jun. 22–26)
Get ready to scoop, dig, and explore! Campers will play in soil and sand while searching for hidden treasures and learning through messy, hands-on fun.

🐦 Bird Watching (Jun. 29–Jul. 2)
Campers will slow down and observe the world around them, spotting birds by their colors, sounds, and movements. Crafts and games bring the experience to life.

From walking trails and spotting nature treasures to digging in the dirt and cooking over the campfire, every week is built for exploration, play, and early outdoor learning 🌞

Join us for mornings filled with outdoor adventure, discovery, and hands-on learning. Our program runs from 8:30 AM–12:00 PM and is designed for children ages 3–5.

🌱 Flexible options:
• Part-time (choose any 3 days)
• Full-time (5 days a week)

🌼 Each week features a new theme to keep learning fresh and exciting!

Each day brings something new—water activities, outdoor campfire cooking, and exploring the wonders of birds, insects, fish, plants, and more.
