News just announced that they raising Conventional loan limits to $795,0001 for all commitment types, effective 09/17/2024. So any loan under $795,000 is not treated as a Jumbo loan on a new mortgage. This number is also good for refinances now since the lowering of rates has many people starting to refinance now.
