The Central Adirondack Association is gearing up for the 2023-2024 snowmobile season with the much-anticipated Snodeo celebration at the George T. Hiltebrant Recreation Center in Old Forge from December 8-10.
What to expect:
• Immerse yourself in the snowmobile wonderland with sleds, trailers, gear, and accessories.
• Leading manufacturers like Arctic Cat, Polaris, Ski-Doo & Yamaha will be there, along with top-notch vendors such as Hudon’s Sled Salvage & Power Sports, TekRider International, Filer Powersports, and more!
• Discover everything on your Christmas shopping list for the winter enthusiast in one fantastic location.
Event highlights:
• Friday, December 8, 1-5 p.m.: Snodeo kicks off! Food by the Old Forge Junior Fire Department, plus beverages and tastings from Grow Brewery and Tug Hill Estate all weekend long.
• Saturday, December 9, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.: Vintage Snowmobile Show and Swap, Youth Snowmobile Races, and a visit from Santa and Mrs. Claus.
• Sunday, December 10, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.: Wrap up the weekend with more Snodeo excitement and the grand raffle drawing at 1 pm!
Raffle prizes:
• Grand Prize: $10,000 cash or $11,000 towards a future order from Big Moose Arctic Cat, Smith Marine, or Big Moose Yamaha!
• 2nd Prize: $1,000

This very cute, Adirondack cottage is less than a 5-minute walk to Inlet. While you enjoy the secluded privacy of Parkside Lodge, you are only a short walk from the town of Inlet, with its restaurants, beaches, swimming, fishing, and all-around fun. The cabin is a spacious and cozy gem, with plenty of yard and porch space. The hot tub was super clean and nice to use at the end of the day. Inside accommodations were very clean, organized and comfortable. The cabin really had everything you needed inside, aside from clothes and linens! Location was perfect-2 minute drive or a 10 minute walk to town. Christian and Julie very kind and helpful, making sure we settled in well and to reach out if we needed anything. 10/10 will be back.
