Can you do this challenge?

Step1. Drive to the campground gate
Step2. Film a short video with your phone of you grabbing the lock on the gate
Step3. Say "Reopen Kenwood Campground" and upload the video to social media using the hashtag

Don't forget to make your post "Public"

The hashtag will be sent to the State Of Florida and every video with that tag will be viewable to those who review the idea of opening Kenwood back up!

Please like and share, in the coming weeks we will need all of the help we can get as we plan to "email blast" the State of Florida requesting to open OUR campground! "OUR" because this is a tax payer purchased land that WE are not able to use. Shortly after this video is uploaded, I will be uploading another short video with a challenge that YOU can participate in, if you're serious about helping get it opened you will need to prove it with a simple task I'm asking you to do (Anyone can do it).

Who's ready to give it another go at getting the campground opened????? If you're in support, please like and share this post! It's going to take the community's support and we need a lot of it! I am going to work on getting a few things in line and this time we might have a little bit of help!

The results of the meeting on the 6th were "soso" not exactly what we expected as a meeting but we did get our point across with a crowd of about 15 folks including two county commissioners, Buddy Goddard and Larry Harvey. I would like to thank Steve Miller for his participation in this matter, he has been a great help!
Now, for the next step....

This is VERY IMPORTANT and we need everyone to participate. There are three email addresses listed at the bottom of this message, the ONLY WAY we will get this campground opened again is if we can get each and every person who has liked this page and more to send an email to all three of these addresses, here is what you need to include in your email;

Your Name, Your street address, a short message explaining why you would like to see the campground reopened and if you want to help with the work type this....I will volunteer!

Kenwood, "the most popular fishing excursion launching spot on Rodman" according to Florida State Parks website. If you ask me, that's a pretty good indicator that we need to have a campground to go along with it. Folks might would travel from miles away, if they had a place to stay!
