Bertha Brock Park has picnicking, camping, lodge rentals, and hiking trails. The 200 acre County of Ionia Park offers everything a park can offer, even a quiet walk with nature. All other areas may be reserved for your needs or events. Some events that take place each year are reunions, weddings, picnics, open houses, receptions, outdoor winter sports, disc golf, birthday parties, and reenactments

, just to name a few. Please contact the park office in order to consult and reserve an area for your needs. We ask a $2.00 donation at the gate, but please ask about our yearly park pass. Thank you. Jeff Montgomery

Congratulations to Will Wilson for completing his Eagle Scout project at Bertha Brock Park. Will, a member of Troop 85 here in Ionia, was responsble for installing a hand rail on the winding stairway on the hill east of the Palmer Lodge. This railing will make the use of that path much safer to use. Next time you visit the park, give it a try!
