Employee of the Month: ⭐️ Danny Zuern ⭐️
Danny manages our Dietary Department here at the Pines and has been in this role since he was promoted from cook in January!
Danny has a way of making work more fun for everyone around him. He consistently brings a positive attitude to work, keeps his teammates laughing, and doesn’t let stressful moments change his outlook. He is someone who brings energy and positivity to our community every day.
Danny also dedicates a great deal of his time, both at work and outside of work, to making the Pines a better place. He is always looking for new ideas, whether they are ways to support his team, improve our department, or create experiences that our residents will enjoy. His willingness to go above and beyond does not go unnoticed!
Most importantly, Danny is committed to helping others. He genuinely cares about his teammates and our residents and always goes the extra mile to make sure they are having a good day. And if they aren’t, you can count on Danny to find a way to make it better.
His positivity, dedication, energy, and willingness to help others make him truly deserving of Employee of the Month!
