Due to unforeseen circumstances, we are looking for new a cleaning/maintenance crew immediately!!
We have two locations that need the following cleaning:
Two Lakes Lodge Irons
- 6 Bed, 2 Bath, Sleeping loft with 15 beds total (6 Queen, 9 Double beds (4bunks in loft)) about 2400sqft
- this is a busy STR that is generally booked solid Memorial Day through Labor Day with many Same-Day/back-to-back flips (for example this year we are booked everyday with 9 same day flips mid-June to mid-Aug alone)
- we are open year round and average over 20-25 bookings/cleanings per year
- we have a 6hr cleaning window (10am-4pm) for same day turnover, this takes 2 REALLY good but usually 3 cleaners
- Often need minor repairs, someone handy would be a plus
Two Lakes Lodge Onekama (in Onekama Apartments)
- 2 Bed, 1 bath with 6 beds total (3 Queens (1 bunk)) about 700sqft
- new STR/MTR downtown Onekama, we have 6month guest so not sure on annual number of cleanings, had 4-5 in March/April this year
- fairly straightforward cleaning here
Onekama Apartments
- 8 unit apartment building, bi-weekly cleaning of common areas (halls, laundry room, windows, exterior)
- done on a bi-weekly schedule, can coincide with STR cleanings as needed
Both properties need bi-weekly lawn care and snow plowing in the winter, so bonus if you have this service in-house. Again each property can use the occasional “handyman” so being able to do to minor repairs instead of calling a service provider or contractor is a huge bonus.
We looking for a team/company that can work closely with us and be our “eyes and ears” to ensure the properties are maintained, costs are being managed, and most importantly that guests and residents feel the place they are staying is the cleanest in the area!!!
