Get ready for a festive island Halloween! Expect decorated golf carts, a drive-through haunted house, inflatables, food vendors, and trick-or-treat bags for the kids. The best-decorated golf carts even have a chance to win prizes! Parade participants should line up on 27th Avenue starting at 3:30 PM.
