Hello friends of the Coddington! As you may know, we have become a seasonal business and morphed to vacation rentals. Currently we are closed for house rentals until May 2022. Enjoy the year and see you next summer!

Okay, are we open? The short answer is, sort of.
At this point we plan to be open for the summer season 2021. There are open weeks in late June, July (except for the 4th), and August.

We expect to begin to offer the Lighthouse apartment separately in April until mid May. It is undergoing repairs at this time due to unexpected weather related damage. The main house becomes available mid June based on current bookings and our own family occupancy. PM me for more information,

Talk about lost and found.....I've held onto this link charm bracelet for 17 to 20 years! I couldn't bear for it not to find it's way back to the owner but what to do? The note on the envelope from the housekeeper states " this bracelet was left in the Centini suite 8/29 by Valerie who was with Don Cho." That would have been between 2001 and 2003, based on who was working then. I'm throwing it out into the universe just in case.....

Our Lighthouse apartment is available for rentals, both short term and long term. However, regular guest suites and the main house will remain closed this season since we are virus vulnerable and sheltering in place. If interested in the apartment, please call 607 275 0021. You may wonder if we are open. I have not posted in awhile because I, too, wonder this. Its possible we may reopen later in summer. I just dont know yet......
