Premier Event Rentals now offers a Professional Event Setup Service for clients who need help bringing their event space together beautifully, efficiently, and stress-free.

And yes — this service is available even if you do NOT rent from us!

You provide the items.
We provide the professional setup.

Starting at $275, our setup service includes up to 3 hours of professional setup assistance to help with tables, chairs, linens, centerpieces, light décor, and event layout support.

Professional add-ons are also available, including:

Backdrop setup
Balloon inflation assistance
Tablescape setup
Light linen steaming
Heavy tablescape setup
Extra setup time, if needed

This is perfect for hosts who already have their own decorations, supplies, tables, chairs, or linens but need reliable help getting everything placed and event-ready.

Dates fill fast, especially for weekends and special occasions. Don’t wait until the last minute to find setup help.
