I'm not a big story teller but this one, I have to share it with you guys✨
On March 19, 2024, a referral quietly entered my world from a previous buyer. This beautiful, deeply determined couple from Salisbury, Maryland, carried a dream to purchase a house in the Oakleaf area of Jacksonville, Florida.
At first, everything aligned: the excitement, the vision, the hope of planting new roots in Florida. Then life did what it sometimes does. Certain circumstances required us to pause.
Not stop said Wilbertha at that time sadly, Just pause.
9 months later, I received a message on whatsapp from Wilbertha. She had questions, ideas and other options. In that moment, everything disappeared: geography, Titles ...What remained was the trust she has in me.

Let me be clear:
I have never met such a determined woman, and Wilbertha carries that title with grace and strength. Every obstacle that could have discouraged her only made her stronger. She refused to be convinced otherwise.
And today, that belief stands on solid ground.
Wilbertha is now an accomplished homeowner in the state of Maryland—not just owning property, but claiming a victory she earned through patience, resilience, and faith in the process.
