We've had a lot of people work with us over the more than a decade of ownership and restoration of the Van Zant House. Most of them, we greatly appreciate. But when people try to get away with cheating us or halfway doing work, we tend to take offense and we will defend our position vigorously if challenged. Moral of the story, do good work, get paid. Don't, and you won't, unless/until you do it right.
