The restaurant is being reopened, pool is being rehabbed, an event barn and cabins are being added along with mini golf, disc golf, gem mining. The driving range is now closed permanently.

The severe weather moving through the area has caused widespread power outages across JNEC’s service area. JNEC crews are working to restore power to approximately 6,000 meters.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as crews work to restore power safely. Please remember that the excess rain and flooding conditions our area is experiencing may delay restoration efforts.

Update ‼️

Entergy has informed us they have found a tree on the main feed line that serves the city. They have a pole broken with lines down. They couldn’t give us a time frame but said it could be a while before we have power restored.

The City of Jasper has lost the main power feed from Entergy. We don’t know why at this time but Entergy has crews en route to try to find the problem. Please bare with us and we will updated you as soon as we know more. They also have crews out monitoring the situation.
