One of the most exciting parts about staying in the beautiful North Georgia mountains is that you never know who might stop by to say hello! 👀🌿💚

While relaxing at Bent Tree Lodge 🏡, you may spot deer wandering through the trees 🦌🌳, wild turkeys strolling by 🦃, maybe even Bigfoot 🫈 colorful birds flying overhead 🐦🪶, or even a black bear making its way through the mountains! 🐻⛰️😮

Some mornings in the North Georgia mountains just make you stop and look around. 💙⛰️

The sky is that perfect shade of blue, the mountains are stretching out in the distance, and a simple walk around the property reminds us just how beautiful this little corner of Georgia really is.

That’s one of our favorite things about Bent Tree Lodge. You don’t have to have an itinerary. Grab your coffee, step outside, breathe in that fresh mountain air, and take a walk. Sometimes that’s all you need.

The views are gorgeous, the air feels a little fresher, and life seems to slow down just enough.

We have a confession to make… 🤭

Some of our guests come to North Georgia with a full itinerary.

Then they get to Bent Tree Lodge.

Suddenly the plans become:
“Maybe we’ll just stay here a little longer.” 😂

And you know what? We completely understand.

Sometimes the best part of getting away is realizing you don’t have to do anything at all. ❤️

Good Monday morning from Bent Tree Lodge! ☀️❤️

I was sitting here this morning thinking about how quickly the weeks seem to go by. We’re always waiting for Friday, planning the next thing, or rushing off somewhere.

Sometimes it’s nice to just slow down, watching Gods beauty in front of you.

Have that extra cup of coffee. ☕️
Sit on the porch a little longer.
Enjoy a good breakfast.
And take a minute to look around and appreciate this beautiful place God has given us. 🌿

That’s one of my favorite things about having guests here at Bent Tree Lodge, watching people arrive busy and tired and then seeing them actually slow down and enjoy themselves.
