🍂 I’ve shared the facts and the photos, but this week I want to tell you something a little different about why I love this place so much.

When we decided we wanted a lake house, we looked at SO many properties. Then I saw the pictures of this one and immediately thought, this is it.

And when we pulled into the driveway for the first time, I knew.

There are some places that just feel different. For me, Golden Kettle Cottage has always been one of them.

There is nowhere I feel more at peace than sitting on that deck with a cup of coffee ☕, surrounded by the trees, looking out toward the lake and taking in all of God's beauty. It's where I can quiet all the noise, breathe a little deeper, pray, think, and just...be. I feel His presence there in a way that's hard for me to put into words.

And I think the right person for this place may be someone who's looking for that same feeling. 🍁

Someone who isn't just looking for a house near Grand Lake, but is looking for their place. A weekend escape. A slower pace. A future retirement home. Somewhere to reconnect with the people they love, with God, and maybe a little bit with themselves.

Golden Kettle Cottage is For Sale By Owner, and as hard as it is to let it go, I would love nothing more than for someone else to pull into that driveway one day and simply know the way I did. ❤️

School is back. The summer crowds are starting to thin out. But the warm lake days? They're not gone yet.
