Long before drone footage and social media, selling a ski vacation required a film crew, a narrator and a little faith that the finished product would convince someone to drive all the way to northern Vermont.

This week's Vault takes us back to the late 1960s with a promotional film narrated and supervised by Al Cahill, Jay Peak's Director of Public Relations in 1969. The equipment and methods of persuasion have changed, but the mountain is still right where they left it.
