People often ask why we have so many security cameras installed around the Jefferson Palace Hotel. Unfortunately, this is the exact reason why.

Sunday, a group of teenagers—accompanied by their parents—decided to target our outdoor Halloween displays on the side of the property, specifically destroying our rare, out-of-print Home Depot "Predator of the Night" animatronic. After the father broke the left hand off, the kids decided the right hand needed to come off as well and ripped it completely off. As if that wasn't enough, our footage also clearly captures the father tampering with another piece of our display. It is deeply disappointing to see adults setting that kind of example.

We have the entire incident captured clearly on camera, and the police are actively investigating. We are looking to identify these individuals so they can be held fully accountable for the destruction of our property and how they plan to pay for the animatronic they thought it was okay to destroy.

They had several ways to get ahold of us, phone number on the door, doorbell etc? But nope they chose to just leave.

Clear pictures of all the individuals involved can be found in the comments below. If you recognize anyone in the photos or have any information that can help us and the police identify them, please reach out to us directly or drop a message. Any help on this matter will greatly aid the police investigation.

😲 Here's the video of Eddie the living doll moving on camera. Video from Chase Nunn and Krystal Brown during our public investigation.
We were inside the doll room and placed Eddie inside the bathroom with the door shut and a camera facing him. When we opened the door Eddie and the camera had moved and it was all caught on camera.

What an incredible start to our spooky season at the Jefferson Palace Hotel! A massive thank you to all our amazing guests who came out this weekend to join our paranormal investigation and explore our antique collection.
