In addition to our lodging, we offer a complete outfitters service for whitetail and exotic hunts and our exclusive Bow Hunting Preserve for wild hogs. These very private log cabin cottages are located six miles North of Historic Jefferson on the Busy B Ranch. Each log cabin is nestled only a few steps away from its own private bass lake. he front porch. The Lodge offers the Great Outdoors for the family, or a private second honeymoon for the romantic couple. Cabin 1 sleeps 6 people, one queen-size bed and four bunks, one bath and full kitchen. Cabins 2 & 3 sleeps 4 people, 2 queen-size beds, one bath and full kitchen. All of the cabins are provided with all the essentials of home without the worry. Each cabin comes with a completely stocked kitchen. Even a loaf of our famous cabin cake and coffee will be stocked in your cabin for your first morning stay. The cabins have their own private bath with all towels & linens already provided. Each cabin is climate controlled with its own air-conditioning & heating unit. And they all have a TV and VCR. sorry, no phones. All of the cabins have big front porches with rocking chairs & porch swings. A great place to relax, take in some fresh air & enjoy the picturesque view. Each cabin has a picnic table, barbecue pit, and a place to build a campfire. Wood & marshmallows are provided. Private piers are located at each cabin. We even have a boat & trolling motor you can rent during your stay, if you would like to try for that fish of a lifetime. Or you could just fish from the bank or pier if you would like, and maybe even have the days catch for dinner. Busy B Ranch is the home of our Trophy Whitetail Hunting Preserve, This 1000 acre conservation fenced ranch, consisting of scenic rolling hills, hardwood bottoms, & grassy meadows is a Mecca for true trophy class whitetail. All of our hunts are guided 1 on 1 with a knowledgeable guide whose only concern is to make sure you have a safe & rewarding experience not only in the woods, but during your entire stay here at the ranch. Our hunts will be conducted out of comfortable blinds, spot & stalk, rattling, safari style or what ever method it takes to produce that unforgettable opportunity at a trophy of your dreams. Bring your bow, maybe a spare, and plenty of arrows. Get ready to do more hunting in a couple of days than many do in a season! This is the one place you are guaranteed to have a good time. Our high fenced hunting preserve is located in the heart of N.E. Texas. It’s rugged terrain consists of pines, hardwood creek bottoms and thickets. Excellent for stand hunting or spot and stalk. Our preserve hunts are bow hunting only. We provide several stands & feeders that are already set up. Or if you like, you can bring your own. We will have corn available. These hunts are semi guided. After your hunt, your guide can clean & quarter your game for a small fee or you can use our facilities & walk in cooler. Our hunters will be accommodated in our Bunkhouse which sleeps up to 10 people. It has all of the comforts of home, including central heat & air, private bath with all towels & linens provided & a full kitchen. To relax after the days hunt you can enjoy the big screen TV (hunting movies provided) or a game of pool.
