1. Is there a housing stipend, and can I use it wherever I want?

Some agencies lock you into their partner list. Ask if you have flexibility. More options usually means better value.

2. Does the stay length change my tax situation?

Stays of 30+ days often qualify for tax-exempt status depending on the state. That can mean real savings on longer assignments. Worth asking your agency or a tax pro before you book.

3. Am I getting a hotel room or an actual living space?

A kitchen and separate living area make a 13-week contract feel a lot more livable than a single hotel room. Ask what's actually included.

Big news: Redamo Suites is expanding. We're renovating the old La Bella property at 3321 Jefferson Hwy and turning it into 14 brand new suites.

Here's what it looked like before we started. Demo's underway and the transformation is already showing.

14 more units means more space for our travel nurses, medical staff, and extended-stay guests who need real living space, not just a hotel room.
