COOKBOOK UPDATE!

Well, 2022 has come and nearly gone and brought with it a lot of other activity, but this cookbook is still in the works. Hoping now to complete it before the end of 2023 ... stay tuned! :) Happy New Year to all!

Over the last several years, we have enjoyed getting to know our guests from all over the world, and serving up breakfasts prepared with love. With that in mind, we have plans to publish a cookbook of Wary Buffalo recipes in the next year or so. Watch this page for more information ... and thank you all! ❤️

I think our guests this morning enjoyed their breakfast! This pic is the aftermath. 😉 We served Soft Scrambled Eggs with Pesto and Homemade Ricotta, crispy bacon, home fries, yogurt parfaits with homemade granola and ... big homemade cinnamon rolls fresh out of the oven! Plus the usual array of fruit, fresh squeezed orange juice and Cafe Mam organic coffee. 😋

The first course for this morning’s WB guests: a yogurt parfait with cinnamon-sugared apples, homemade coconut pecan granola and a drizzle of raw organic honey. Followed by Cornmeal Blueberry Pancakes, applewood smoked bacon and scrambled eggs, with Double Chocolate Biscotti for “dessert.” They liked it. 🙂
