Winterfest is an annual Presidents Day Weekend celebration that transforms historic Jim Thorpe into a winter wonderland filled with lights, music, ice sculptures, shopping, and seasonal fun for all ages.

Announcing the Cabin Fever Series at Café Arielle | Vic’s Jazz Loft | The Stabin Museum

This winter, we’re embracing the season with something unique and truly special. From January through March, Café Arielle, Vic’s Jazz Loft, and The Stabin Museum will be hosting a curated series of events designed to bring warmth, joy, and creativity to these cold months. We’re calling it the Cabin Fever Series, and it’s packed with exciting themed nights, live music, and unique gatherings to brighten your winter weekends.

While we won’t be open during our regular hours this season, we’re thrilled to offer these specially planned events every few weeks, providing memorable experiences that we hope you’ll look forward to as much as we do. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by the change in our usual schedule and appreciate your understanding as we work to create something truly extraordinary for our guests.

Hill Road will be ONE WAY during weekends in October

Fall is the busiest time of the year in Jim Thorpe! Plan ahead before visiting! Know where to park and be aware of the changes in traffic patterns!

If you have tickets to a timed event, make sure you allow extra time to find parking!

HEIGHTS TRAFFIC FLOW CHANGE (FALL WEEKENDS)

The dates for this traffic flow change are the 4 weekends in October and the first 2 weekends in November. Start time will be 4:00pm on the 4 Fridays in October and the first 2 Fridays in November. End time will be 7:00am each Monday in October and the first 2 Mondays in November.

1) One way roadway on Center Avenue heading West from Walnut Avenue to Cedar Avenue. All vehicles parked on the odd side of Center Ave would have to move their vehicles facing West starting at 4:00pm on Friday and return to normal parking Monday morning. Example: All vehicles should be facing the one-way traffic flow.

2) One way roadway on South Avenue heading East from Cedar Avenue to Walnut Avenue. All Vehicles on the even side of South Avenue would have to move their vehicles facing East starting at 4:00pm on Friday and return to normal parking Monday morning. Example: All vehicles should be facing the one-way traffic flow.
