We are excited to introduce ourselves as the new management team for Rock Run Residences!
Effective immediately, Rock Run Residences is now professionally managed by Strategic Management Solutions Apartment Management. We are thrilled to join the community and look forward to serving you. Our goal is to make this transition as smooth and seamless as possible while continuing to provide excellent service to our residents.
The good news is that the familiar faces you've come to know are staying. We are happy to share that the current property manager and maintenance team will remain in place, helping ensure continuity and a smooth transition for everyone.
A few important notes:
• Rent payments should continue to be made payable to Rock Run Residences.
• The previous online resident portal is no longer active and can no longer be used to make rent payments.
• Within the next few days, you will receive an email invitation to activate your new Resident Portal through RentCafe. This portal will allow you to make rent payments online, submit maintenance requests, and access important account information.
We appreciate your patience as we complete the transition and implement our systems. Our team is committed to making this process as easy as possible and ensuring that Rock Run continues to be a great place to call home.
