We are honored to be the venue for the 3rd year in a row for the Tri-State Area Contractors Association, Inc. 🙌🏼 This is a private event they put on every year and we love getting the opportunity to help make it special!

When you have a vision for Pig Roast… and it includes a HUGE American flag! 🇺🇸🙌 Huge thank you to our board member Eric for supplying the flag and making that part of the vision happen!

Shoutout to our board members Tiffany and Eric for meeting us out there today, along with Zane Grimes Music, Superior Rents, Joplin Supply Company, and the team at Rivers Bend, to help pull all the details together.

🥏 Disc Golf Course Update!

Our disc golf course will be closed until after September 7th while we work on adding more RV sites! 🚐🙌

The construction has temporarily blocked the course, but we’re excited to keep making improvements around Rivers Bend. Thanks for understanding! 😊

❤️ LET’S RALLY TOGETHER FOR A FEW MORE FAMILIES!

Yesterday we posted about the free school supplies available at Rivers Bend, and the response was much bigger than we expected. We’ve had so many families reach out who are still in need, but unfortunately we are officially out of supplies and our donation budget is tapped out after helping a few more families.

So… we thought, why not see what our community can do together? 🥹

🎒 IF YOUR FAMILY STILL NEEDS SCHOOL SUPPLIES:
Comment below with a list of the items your child/children still need. Please only request what you truly need so we can hopefully help as many families as possible.

❤️ IF YOU’D LIKE TO SPONSOR A FAMILY:
Find a list below that you’re able to help with and comment “CLAIMED” underneath it. From there, you can reach out to that family directly to arrange getting the supplies to them. Once a list is claimed, everything will be handled directly between the donor and the family. You can use rivers bend as a drop off or meeting point if necessary.

💵 WANT TO HELP BUT DON’T HAVE TIME TO SHOP?
If you’d rather donate toward supplies, you can reach out to us and we’re happy to use those donations to purchase additional school supplies for families who still need them.

This is our first time trying something like this, so maybe it takes off and maybe it doesn’t. But after seeing how much need there still is, we figured it was worth a try.

Even if this post helps just a couple more kids walk into school with the supplies they need, that’s what matters. ❤️

Joplin has shown time and time again how well this community can rally around each other. Let’s see how many more families we can help before school starts!

Progress is being made, even if it feels a little slow sometimes! 🙌🏼

We’ve officially finished 4 new RV sites, and they’re already FULL! 🎉 We’re currently working on finishing 4 more sites and hoping to have those ready very soon. Little by little, we’re getting there!

🍔 Restaurant Hours This Week:
Wednesday: 3–9 PM
Thursday: 3–9 PM
Friday & Saturday: 12–10 PM
Sunday: 12–9 PM

Heads up for Friday night: We have a group of around 60 joining us! They’ll be set up on the igloo side of the patio, but the restaurant will still be open as usual.
