Last full moon of the year and my last at the ranch…it sure didn’t disappoint! My heart aches but I know this is for the best. We received an overwhelming amount of interest yesterday and I’m confident the Jackrabbit Ranch will fall into good hands✨ If you’re still thinking about it please contact my dear friend and agent Evan before I make my decision! 🙌🏼🎄🌵🏡

Going to miss this beautiful place…but it’s official, we are moving to Colorado by the 1st of the new year!!🎊 Scott leaves just after thanksgiving to start house hunting so if you know a realtor to help him out let me know! Planning to rent for a bit until we get to know the areas better;) My house is still for sale & I’ve just reduced the price to sell fast! Collecting all my favorite gemstones💎 to take with me✨🏔🤗

And just like that my time in the desert will be coming to an end…it’s heartbreaking 💔 but with too many reasons beyond my control, it’s what is best for my partner and I at this time in our lives.🐇The Jackrabbit Ranch will be listed for sale by the beginning of next week! 😬 If you have stayed here you know how special & magical this place is...🌵If you have been contemplating making the move to the high desert and have an interest in the ranch, here is your chance!✨ I truly hope to pass this opportunity on to someone who will care for & love it as much as I have💗 I’ll be including in the sale my 2 vintage campers I have rented out successfully on and 🙌🏼 DM serious inquiries only please!

The Cottontail Cabin is complete and moved to her new home on the far north/west side on the Jackrabbit Ranch 🙌🏼 with every window giving you a breathtaking unobstructed view of mountains and desert landscape for miles… equipped with a comfy bed, propane camp stove, cooler, water dispenser and bucket toilet. Glamping at its finest! Outside fire pit and picnic table. Watch the sun rise from the bedroom window and the sun set out the big picture frame window. Friends! Come visit us and be our guests! Just as the Cottontail Cabin nears the finish line…the county announces a change to the permit process for ALT rentals and it’s not pretty🥺 Not only that but they have not been clear or when this actually goes into effect but apparently have already started issuing citations! They are not being reasonable! Thankfully there are groups forming to lobby a change for a fair and easy permit process. So with a heavy heart, we have taken our Airbnb listings down and will only be hosting friends (donations accepted) Feel free to message me for more information. Any support during this tough time would be greatly appreciated🙏🏼

Full super moonrise over the Mojave clouds blocked the beginning of the rise but it was still a beautiful sight when we could finally see it! Got a pretty good pic with my iPhone! 🌝
