Jessica has been such a big part of Trailer Palace, welcoming countless guests, keeping things running smoothly, wrangling snakes, coordinating weddings and generally being our Jill of all trades.

Did you know Joshua Tree has two birthdays? 👀

On August 10, 1936, President Franklin D. Roosevelt designated Joshua Tree as a national monument, giving federal protection to the desert landscape we know and love today. Fifty-eight years later, on October 31, 1994, Joshua Tree was officially redesignated as a national park.

Today marks 90 years since that first designation and an important moment in the story of protecting this remarkable place.

At JTNPA, we’re proud to continue that legacy by supporting science, education, conservation, and programs that help protect Joshua Tree National Park for generations to come.
