Julian at it's finest!

We'd like you to meet Liz Smothers. She's the founder and creator of the Julian Pie Company. On any given day you can probably find her in her kitchen baking something. Today she happened to be baking a few of her own pies.🤔 Testing the apples to make sure their texture is just right, 🍏 flakey crust, 🥧 filling not too sweet ~ not too tart, baked to a golden brown. ⏳☀️ She took her passion for apple pie and built a company one slice at a time. If you ever see her in one of our stores, please tell her to get back into her kitchen. 🤣
