FOR SALE a 30’ Ken Craft Trailer. Asking $6,500.

This trailer is on a seasonal water only site which is $2,380 a year. The site dues are paid until September 30, 2026. The only amount owed would a $300 refundable security deposit. The site doesn’t have electrical or septic but there are 2 sets of restrooms and a dump station on site. Pinecrest Retreat is for recreational purposes only, no full time living.

Happy Mother’s Day!

We finally posted the trail information on the marquee — one of the first projects Wilson and I worked on at Pinecrest 14 years ago. Better late than never putting it to use.

The Pinecrest Trail begins just up the road from the “Trail Head” sign and is a .85-mile loop with panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean. Be sure to check it out next time you’re at Pinecrest Retreat.

Don’t forget that Pinecrest has a nice guest spot for friends/family of site holders close to the clubhouse for a smaller trailer, van or tent camping! Nice mountain weather is here!
